DIRECTIONS
By CAR
Take the A55 (from the North West, A5 (from the Midlands) or the A487 (from South Wales) to either Bridge crossing Anglesey.
Follow the road signs for the A545 to Beaumaris (4 miles). Drive straight through the town, past the castle, over a hill, along a small bay and on to Llangoed (2 miles from Beaumaris).
Drive throught the village, past the Spar shop on the right and the Post Office on the left, and take the 1st left turn (signposted Glanrafon). After 1 mile you come to a small hill and then some small houses by the road. We are the second on the right: a yellow modern detached bungalow called Bro Dawel. If you get to the phone box, on the left of the road, you have gone a little too far.
By RAIL
There is a frequent rail service fron Crewe (direct), Birmingham (direct), Manchester and Liverpool via Chester to Bangor. We may be able to arrange transport from the station: please ask.
Alternatively, you can get a taxi from the station forecourt to Glanrafon (pronounced Glan-rav-on) or buses 53 or 57 run approximately hourly throughout the day from the bus stop to your left as you leave the train station entrance. You may need to change buses in Beaumaris on some services.
Local Facilities
There is a post office, pub and a late-opening general store in Llangoed (1 mile). For most other facilities - petrol, eating places, banks - you will need to travel to Beaumaris (3 miles). There are several beaches within easy reach of the Centre by car or on foot.
