Reflexology Treatments

· What is involved in a Reflexology Treatment?

• Vivien starts and ends the treatment with 10 minutes of Reiki, as this helps you to relax and be more receptive to the therapeutic benefits of the Reflexology. Following this, the reflexology routine will be given. Reflexology is a complex massage of the feet, which works on pressure points and covers all aspects of the body.

· What are the benefits of a Reflexology Treatment?

• reduce stress and induce deep relaxation
• improve circulation
• clean the body of toxins and impurities
• balance and centre the whole body
• revitalize the body's natural energy

· How many treatments would I need?

There is of course lots of individual variation. This is best answered at the time of the 1st treatment. As a rule of thumb, to correct on on-going problem, allow 1 treatment for every year that the problem has been present.

· How long does it take and how much does it cost?
