Reflexology Treatments

· What is involved in a Reflexology Treatment?

The treatment starts with a head, neck and shoulder massage while the feet are luxuriating in a warm detoxifying spa bath. Following this, the reflexology routine will be given (essentially a highly developed and specialized form of foot massage - with essential oils if desired).

· What can a Reflexology Treatment Help With?

reduce stress and induce deep relaxation
improve circulation
clean the body of toxins and impurities
balance and centre the whole body
revitalize the body's natural energy

· How many treatments would I need?

There is of course lots of individual variation. This is best answered at the time of the 1st treatment. As a rule of thumb, to correct on on-going problem, allow 1 treatment for every year that the problem has been present.

· How long does it take and how much does it cost?
