Here is your invitation to
our
Rest and Relaxation Weekend
The world is such a busy, noisy place. Many of us rush from
work to home feeling we are constantly juggling the demands of our lives.
This weekend is an invitation to put down your juggling balls and just
rest.
 You can sleep as long as and as
often as you want - go for gentle walks - enjoy quiet conversation in front
of an open fire with like-minded people - please yourself. Typically on
these weekends healing exchanges are popular. Certainly Vivian and Robert
are pleased to offer informal Reiki, Aromatherapy and Reflexology
treatments to anyone who would like it. Perhaps some of the other weekend
guests will have healing skills to share as well.
 The Centre itself is a warm modern family
house, with an open fire, and an extensive library of books and tapes surrounded
by garden and fields where the dusk is broken by patrolling owls hooting to
mark out their territory. Warmed by the Gulf Stream and sheltered by the
Mountains of Snowdonia this part of Anglesey is noted for its mild weather,
and the centre is in a rural location on a peninsula only 10 minutes walk
from the Sea shores which offer unparalleled views of the Snowdonia
Mountains and the North Wales Coast from Bangor in the West to the Great
Orme and Llandudno to the East.
Close
by is the historic town of Beaumaris with
its moated Castle, Georgian buildings  and Victorian Goal and along the coast is the
Priory at Penmon, with the well of St Seiriol and a short walk to the light
house and the Channel overlooking Puffin Island.
To the North are the large open sands of Red Wharf
Bay, so you will be
spoilt for choice in the opportunities for leisurely and rewarding walks.
Your host and facilitator for the
event is Vivien Candlish, a Reiki Master of Usui Shiki Rhoyo and
teacher of "A Course in Miracles®" Vivien has been organising
workshops for 20 years and facilitating them for 15 years. Her warmth and
understated spirituality create a unique atmosphere on these weekends,
which is very conducive to relaxation and renewal.

Accomodation
is in single and shared rooms with two shared bathrooms.
The cost is £140 which is fully inclusive.
Booking
Please
send a deposit of £50 with your booking confirmation payable to Vivien
Candlish. This is, unfortunately, non refundable but it can be
transferred to other weekend or Couse run by the Centre.
All of our events
are designed for small friendly groups, as a consequence places are
strictly limited so it is wise to book early to avoid disappointment.
