Retreat
Weekends
v Our retreat weekends are
an opportunity for you to relax; to step back from the business of the world
and reflect through meditation and walks by the sea. v We spend the weekend as
a close supportive group - no more than eight people, sharing, cooking and
washing up together. v v v There is also a garden
chalet with separate toilet and shower room. v We provide delicious
vegetarian food, some from our own garden, and we can cater for special diets
with sufficient notice. v The facilitator for the
weekend is Vivien Candlish, a History graduate and Reiki Master of Usui Shiki
Rhoyo. |

We are running more retreats this year in
response to demand, but all of our events are designed for small friendly
groups, as a consequence places are strictly limited so it is wise to book
early to avoid disappointment. |
