Here is your invitation to
our
Whit Retreat Weekend
May 23rd to 26th
Unwind
in the beautiful Anglesey countryside. A
weekend to relax, to walk and read undisturbed by television and phones in
a small group of friendly like-minded people. Activities are all optional
and on offer are beach walks, meditation, healing exchange, a bonfire on
the beach (weather permitting), a visit to one or more of the many sacred
sites scattered around the island, or just browsing our large library of
books and tapes and chill out in the garden. Also available are sessions on
"A Course in Miracles®. The food is largely vegetarian, with bacon
sandwiches for those who wish.
 The Centre itself is a warm modern family
house, with an open fire, and an extensive library of books and tapes
surrounded by garden and fields where the dusk is broken by patrolling owls
hooting to mark out their territory. Warmed by the Gulf Stream and
sheltered by the Mountains of Snowdonia this part of Anglesey is noted for
its mild weather, and the centre is in a rural location on a peninsula only
10 minutes walk from the Sea shores which offer unparalleled views of the
Snowdonia Mountains and the North Wales Coast from Bangor in the West to
the Great Orme and Llandudno to the East.
 Close by is the historic town of Beaumaris
with its moated Castle, Georgian buildings and Victorian Goal and along the
coast is the Priory at Penmon, with the well of St Seiriol and a short walk
to the light house and the Channel overlooking Puffin Island.
To the North are the large open sands of Red Wharf
Bay, so you will be
spoilt for choice in the opportunities for leisurely and rewarding walks.
Bird life is busy here in the Spring as they feed in the thick hedgrows
that surround the mainly pastoral fields, and the lambing season will have
started. If the mountains beckon the majesty of Snowdonia is only 30
minutes drive into the very heart of these ancient hills.
Your host and facilitator
for the event is Vivien Candlish, a Reiki Master of Usui Shiki Rhoyo
and teacher of "A Course in Miracles®" Vivien has been organising
workshops for 20 years and facilitating them for 15 years. Her warmth and
understated spirituality create a unique atmosphere on these weekends,
which is very conducive to relaxation and renewal.

Accomodation
is in single and shared rooms with a shared bathroom.
 The cost is £185 which is fully inclusive.
Booking
Please
send a deposit of £100 with your booking confirmation payable to Vivien
Candlish. This is, unfortunately, non refundable but it can be
transferred to other weekend or Course run by the Centre.
All of our
events are designed for small friendly groups, as a consequence places are
strictly limited so it is wise to book early to avoid disappointment.
